ROCO is proud to announce the internal promotion of Kevin Donnelly to Aftermarket Manager, a pivotal role that reflects both his outstanding contributions to the team and the growing importance of aftermarket support in our business.

Kevin has consistently demonstrated dedication, technical expertise, and a
hands-on approach that has made a lasting impact at ROCO. With deep field experience in crushing and screening equipment, Kevin now steps into a more structured, desk-based leadership position, bringing the same grit, responsiveness, and problem-solving mindset that defined his time in Support.

As Aftermarket Manager, Kevin will take ownership of a range of mission-critical responsibilities, including:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all technical support queries—including urgent calls outside of regular hours
  • Managing the technical support help desk and phone line
  • Troubleshooting equipment remotely and coordinating on-site service when needed
  • Collaborating with engineering, electrical, and assembly teams on product improvements
  • Programming key electrical components such as VSDs
  • Leading the service team and arranging travel for field service and plant commissioning
  • Handling registration of machines and engines
  • Coordinating dealer and technician training programs
  • Supporting aftermarket parts sales and customer inquiries, with the goal of growing this function into a dedicated team role as the company expands
