Shane Connolly is the founder and Managing Director of ROCO, a company he established five years ago with a clear vision: to engineer machinery built to last and powered by electricity, paving the way for a more sustainable future.

With deep roots in the quarrying industry, an industry that has been part of his family for over 40 years. Shane brings a wealth of hands-on experience and industry insight to the business. His background working directly with heavy machinery inspired him to spot a gap in the market for robust, eco-conscious equipment.

Under his leadership, ROCO has grown into a forward-thinking brand, committed to innovation and environmental responsibility.

Patrick Cannon

Patrick operates from our Haverhill UK base and supports customers throughout the region. Originally from Galway, Patrick comes from a strong concrete and quarry background, he grew up around the industry and learned the trade from the ground up. Patrick trained as an HGV fitter before moving to London to further develop his skills and gain hands-on experience with heavy machinery. He’s never afraid to get stuck in and get his hands dirty, and he genuinely loves fixing problems.

Dariusz Lawniczak

Dariusz Lawniczak will lead the company’s growth across Europe, driving business development and increasing market share. He will manage and strengthen our dealer network while providing hands-on customer support & technical consultation. Dariusz will also represent ROCO at key industry events & trade shows, while working closely with internal teams to lead machinery projects from concept through to execution, ensuring every project is delivered on time and to the highest standard.

Daniel Cumiskey

Daniel joined ROCO to support our growing Sales & Marketing team, bringing a combination of marketing knowledge and construction experience. Having studied Marketing at Ulster University and gained hands-on experience within the construction industry, Daniel brings a practical understanding of the sector to his role in Sales. Since joining ROCO, he has quickly settled into the team, learning from his colleagues and getting involved in trade shows and exhibitions.

Ryan is already driving progress, streamlining production timelines, creating structure, improving efficiency and creating new employment opportunities.
