Big Changes, Bright Future at ROCO!
ROCO is proud to announce the internal promotion of Kevin Donnelly to Aftermarket Manager, a pivotal role that reflects both his outstanding contributions to the team and the growing importance of aftermarket support in our business.
Kevin has consistently demonstrated dedication, technical expertise, and a
hands-on approach that has made a lasting impact at ROCO. With deep field experience in crushing and screening equipment, Kevin now steps into a more structured, desk-based leadership position, bringing the same grit, responsiveness, and problem-solving mindset that defined his time in Support.

As Aftermarket Manager, Kevin will take ownership of a range of mission-critical responsibilities, including:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all technical support queries—including urgent calls outside of regular hours
- Managing the technical support help desk and phone line
- Troubleshooting equipment remotely and coordinating on-site service when needed
- Collaborating with engineering, electrical, and assembly teams on product improvements
- Programming key electrical components such as VSDs
- Leading the service team and arranging travel for field service and plant commissioning
- Handling registration of machines and engines
- Coordinating dealer and technician training programs
- Supporting aftermarket parts sales and customer inquiries, with the goal of growing this function into a dedicated team role as the company expands
Kevin’s leadership, organizational skills, and deep technical knowledge make him an ideal fit for this vital role. “Kevin has been with ROCO for five years, and his progression into this leadership role is a testament to his hard work, loyalty, and natural ability to deliver solutions under pressure” said Shane Connolly, MD at ROCO.
